WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform oil changes using the correct fluids and specifications for vehicles
- Check and top off all fluid levels — coolant, brake, power steering, and more
- Rotate tires, check tread depth, and inspect for wear or damage
- Perform multi-point visual inspections and communicate findings to advisors
- Keep the service bays clean and organized throughout the day

- Use manufacturer-specific scan tools and software (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, etc.)
- Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and document work accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow shop safety protocols
- Stay current on technical service bulletins and ongoing training
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience working on European makes preferred
- ASE certification a plus; manufacturer certifications welcome
- Comfortable with advanced diagnostics and electrical systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work
- Valid driver's license required
Senior Level European Techncian

$45-$65/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet customers and gather vehicle history and service concerns
- Translate technician findings into clear, honest recommendations
- Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and manage daily scheduling
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Strong communication skills — you explain things well
- Comfortable in a shop management system (ShopMonkey experience a bonus)
- Organized under pressure and good at managing competing priorities
- Genuine interest in providing quality service
